This delicious salad has a heavenly tropical flavor and is so easy to make ahead of time. It’s a bit unusual and your guests will be asking for the recipe! Double this recipe as use it as a featured dish if you’re having a Luau, Tropical or Vacation themed bridal shower.
Banana Pineapple Salad
1 large container of Cool Whip
1 16 oz can crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup minature marshmallows
1 3 oz box instant banana pudding
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Mix together the first three ingredients. Sprinkle the box of pudding and the nuts over the mixture and mix well. Pour into a pretty container and refrigerate.
